I often joke that I wish there was a hat or a doodad that I
could plug into my brain to download all my stories. I could wear it when I walked or drove which are when I do some of my best "writing." I could wear it to bed and wake up with chapters and chapters of romance, mystery, and more.
Until recently, it seemed like a crazy idea.
But AI is growing my leaps and bounds that I wonder if this hat or devise will become a reality.
As awesome as it could be, I'm not sure that I want to be
able to download EVERYTHING in my brain. And who'd have access to it? Most people don't need to know what's going on up in my noggin.
Still, I can't write fast enough to keep up with my ideas. And with my new SweetHarte community, I've committed to writing a few new pieces each month.
This month I posted a bonus scene from Deadly Valentine. It's the opening but from Jack's POV and includes a memory of when he and Tess first met. I've made the January bonus open to all followers and support levels.
Now I'm thinking about next month's bonus. I really love the idea of creating bonus content for existing books. It allows me
to include the alternate POV or extra scenes that didn't make it into the book. Do you enjoy reading this type of content?
Anyway, I need to decide on next month's bonus and thought I'd take a poll. The options are:
Bonus love scene at the end of Deadly
Valentine after Tess has healed and she and Jack begin their HEA (basically an epilogue to Deadly Valentine)
Jack and Tess's first love scene in Deadly Valentine from Jack's POV
Scene where Tess goes to Jack's home after discovering Brad's betrayal (note, this one doesn't have a good ending until Deadly Valentine)
Bonus scene after Dead But Not Forgotten dealing
with Jack's recovery from amnesia (and perhaps another love scene)
