It's a gray, drippy day today in Virginia. It's the perfect day to stay home and read by a fire. I sure wish I could do that. My TBR shelf is overflowing with books, not to mention the books on my tablet.Â

Do You Read Short Romances?
I was perusing Amazon the other day and discovered short reads. Some were as short as 15 minutes. Others were 30, 45, 60, and up to 90 minutes reading time. Since most were in KU, I downloaded and read a few. It was nice to have a complete story in one sitting.
Â
I'm curious if you read short reads on Amazon (or anywhere)? While I'm asking, do you read serialized stories such as on Vella or Kiss or Scream?Â

BOOK UPDATES
I'm about ready to send Dead But Not Forgotten: Valentine Mystery Book 7Â for editing. I have to be honest, I'm a little worried about this book (although I say that about all my books). This book is different in that it needs appeal to readers who've read all the previous Valentine books as well as new readers who've never read a Valentine book. This is the book I've been teasing you about having a special announcement. I'm still not quite ready to share it
with you, but it won't be long now.Â
Â
Just a quick reminder, if you haven't read all the Valentine mysteries, you can get them for over 50% off directly from me.
Here is a new set of free romances to download if your ereader is getting low on books. There is a range of books from contemporary, mystery, paranormal and more.
