I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It was so great to have the kids home and the grandparents visiting, especially since last year there wasn't much of a Thanksgiving.
Â
This week I'm taking a quick trip out to California to visit family. Packing is difficult for me. I always pack more than I need. Plus, since I have to take my business with me, which includes a laptop, cords, planners, and more.Â
Â
I've been a pen and paper planner for a long time, even though so much of what I do is digital now. I've got more Happy Planner planners than I need, plus a ton of other notebooks. I love 'em even though I don't use most of them.Â
Â
Â
But recently I discovered digital planners. They look like paper ones, but are used on a tablet. Intrigued, I investigated further. I've come to the decision that they're easier to use on a iPad than on android, which I have. With that said, I have started using Onenote for planning and basic lists (like my master to-do) because I can use it across all my devices (computer, tablet, phone). I've also gone back to using Notion for projects that have processes and multiple tasks. I love
Notion, but it can get unwieldy easily.Â
Â
I'm hoping that using digital planning will cut down on the number of tools I need to pack.
Â
What sorts of planning and note-taking tools do you like?

Love is Dangerous is giving a way a bunch of romance books that involve some sort of danger, whether it's a mystery, suspense, or adventure. You can grab as many as you want here:
If you haven't yet read the Valentine Holiday Novella, now is a good time. This is a short mystery ideal for reading after decorating the tree or while having hot cocoa by the fire. This book takes place after book five, To Love Honor and Kill, and before book, Truly, Madly, Deadly. While each book stands alone, there is a progression through Jack and Tess' relationship. Still, I think this can be read even if you haven't read the other books.Â

NOTE: If you've purchased the 50% off deal I offer on my website, Death Under the Mistletoe is included in the set that you receive.Â

If you haven't read or bought it yet, you can grab it on Amazon for only 99cents
Tess is excited to spend her first Christmas with her sexy husband, Jack Valentine, that is until the mall Santa staggers in her shop and drops dead underneath the mistletoe on Christmas Eve.
Â
There’s no shortage of suspects who wanted Santa dead. Was it his jealous elves? His estranged wife? The in-laws who never thought Santa was good enough for their daughter? Or the neighbor who secretly coveted Santa’s wife?
Â
Although Tess and Jack are happy to let Detective Daniel Showalter deal with the case, somehow the newlyweds end up a target of Santa’s killer who plans to make sure Jack and Tess never celebrate Christmas.
