The other day, a photo I took while writing Truly, Madly, Deadly: Valentine Mystery Book 6 came across my Facebook feed as a memory. It said the photo was taken four years ago.
Â
Four years!?!
Â
Has it been that long? I published a Valentine Christmas novella after Truly, Madly, Deadly, but time has really flown by since I've written a new Valentine Mystery.Â
Â
In that time, I've written and published a few other things, but I know I have fans of the Valentines so now I'm feeling guilty that it's been so long since a new Valentine book has come out. I hope to remedy that shortly!Â
Â
Speaking of romance and mystery, I wanted to share fellow author, B. Ivy Woods' book.

Conspiracy in the Capitol
Â
This first book in the Capitol series not only only has romance and mystery, but also it's a second chance romance, which is another favorite of mine.Â

Time is supposed to heal all wounds, but can it mend a broken heart?
Do you watch booktube (Youtube vidoes about books)?
I'm a fairly picky reader. When I find an author I like, I'll read just about everything they've written, but I'm leery about investing in authors I don't know. Over the last few years, I've started watching booktubers and have picked up a couple of books I might not have read otherwise. The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Klune, was one of them. I loved that book. I've been reading The Song of Achilles, by Madeline Miller because it got a lot of booktube buzz, as
well. I recently picked up The Atlas Six, by Olivie Blake, which sounded interesting, although I haven't started it yet.Â
Â
Most of the booktube videos I watch cover a variety of books, which has expanded my reading a bit beyond just romance and mystery, but deep down, I love a good romance and a happy ending!
Â
Do you watch Youtube videos about books? Do you have a favorite booktuber? I'd love to hear about it.
