Meant to Be, Southern Heat book two comes out September 27, 2016! I'm very excited about this next installment and hope you enjoy it as much as the first book, Drawn to Her. Meant to Be is available
now for pre-order, so you can have it first thing the day it releases. Wed to You, book three is also available for pre-order and will release in January 2017.
I'll be posting an excerpt of Meant to Be in my website soon. Until then, I can tell you it's the story of Mitch McKenna (Lexie's
brother). It's a second chance of love book (one of my favorite kinds), and includes moonshine, macs and cheese, and danger.

What's Coming Up in the Harte-Land
I'm still waiting for edits on Wed to You, book three in the Southern Heat series. I'm about 30,000 words into the
traditional cozy that I promised to my agent in October.
At this point, I'm planning to draft the sixth Valentine book for NaNoWrimo in November. I know it's taking longer than I'd originally promised, but at this point, between writing, revision, editing, etc, I'm shooting for a February 2017 release.
IMPORTANT FOR KINDLE UNLIMITED READERS: Currently, most of the
Valentine books are part of Kindle Unlimited; however, that will be changing this month! I'll be removing them from that program. I'm also going to be offering them through other resources such as Barnes and Noble Nook, iBooks and more. I'll let you know when they're available at other ebook retailers.

I occasionally get out of the house and to live events. Recently I sat on a panel about romance writing at the Virginia Writer's Club annual symposium.
Right now, my next committed engagement is April 8, 2017 at the
Roanoke Authors Invasion, a book signing event. I've also submitted to appear at the Virginia Festival of the Book in March 2017. Finally, it looks like I'll be on a panel at the Romantic Times (RT) convention in Atlanta in May 2017.
